White label

Your brand. Powered by YouGuide.

Offer YouGuide travel guides, language guides, eSIMs, and supported travel-platform experiences under your own brand. Build a branded experience for your hotel, airline, travel agency, tour operator, or travel company.

  • Your identity, not ours
  • Products already built and hosted
  • Scope agreed with you

What a white-label partnership includes

Every supported YouGuide product and module can be included in a tailored proposal. Scope is agreed with you rather than fixed in a package.

  • Own-brand product presentation

YouGuide travel guides, language guides, eSIMs and supported travel-platform experiences presented as your products.

  • Your logo and colours

Your brand applied across the experience your customers see, in place of YouGuide branding.

  • Branded storefront or portal

A storefront or portal your customers reach under your own brand, with a custom domain where supported.

  • Branded promotional materials

Printed and digital materials carrying your identity for your property, fleet, shop or agency.

  • Product bundles

Combine guides, language content and connectivity into the bundles that suit your customers.

  • Agreed integrations and support

Integrations and support scoped and agreed as part of your contract.

How a white-label partnership comes together

  1. 01

    Tell us your scope

Which products, which brand surfaces, which markets. A short enquiry is enough to start.

  2. 02

    We prepare a proposal

Scope, licence and pricing written for your business — there is no standard price list.

  3. 03

    We agree the contract

The modules you asked for, the integrations you need, and the support that goes with them.

  4. 04

    Your brand goes live

Your customers buy from you, under your identity, on the products YouGuide already operates.

Built for your industry

How partners in each industry typically put a branded YouGuide experience in front of their customers.

  • A hotel receptionist handing a guest a phone showing a travel guide

    Hotel

    Every check-in is a sale

Offer the city guide at reception, in the confirmation email, or on the in-room QR code. Guests who already asked you for restaurant tips buy it themselves.

  • An airline passenger reading a destination guide on a phone in a window seat

    Airline

Sell the destination, not just the seat

Add a destination guide to booking confirmation, check-in reminders, or the seat-back screen. The passenger already knows where they are going.

  • A passenger in the back of a premium airport transfer car at night

    Taxi & transfers

Turn the airport run into revenue

A card on the seat back or a QR sticker on the window. The ride from the airport is the moment a traveller most wants to know the city.

  • A tour guide leading travellers through a historic old town at golden hour

    Tours & activities

Your guests already trust your advice

Recommend the full guide at the end of your tour. It is the natural upsell to people who just paid to learn about the place.

  • A travel advisor showing a couple a tablet across a desk

    Travel agency

    Add margin to every booking

Bundle a guide and a phrasebook with the trip you just sold. It costs you nothing to stock and nothing to ship.

Request a white-label proposal

Tell us what you need and we will put together a tailored proposal covering scope, licence and pricing.

Products and modules

How pricing works

White-label pricing and licence scope are set in a custom proposal — there is no standard price list, and YouGuide OS licence prices do not apply. A proposal covers the modules you asked for; unlimited custom development is not included by default.

White-label rights and API entitlements are separate permissions. Holding one does not grant the other unless your approved contract says so.

What happens to your enquiry

Your enquiry is validated and stored so it cannot be lost. It is not emailed to anyone: this project has no email integration connected, so notifications are recorded as unconfigured rather than pretended. Connecting an email integration is what would turn that on.
